I decided to start making things with
concrete as a new medium to try. Here's the first concrete top bench that I made. It is dyed
charcoal gray and has hand chipped / cracked
travertine tile accents that one of my friends was going to throw away. The rugged base is made out of cedar and has multiple layers of UV/ moisture resistant clear coat. The 4" x 4" legs have a plastic furniture slide on the bottom to further
protect them from moisture
and ease in moving around.
